In the spirit of Valentine’s day, we present to you, a bra that will pop open when true love is detected.
The Japanese lingerie manufacturer Ravijour has launched a ultra high-tech bra that is equipped with a sensor that will monitor the wearer’s “heart rate and other vital signs (not sure what *those* are … but anyway).” When the magical range of heart rate is detected, the bra will pop open (quite abruptly too, I might add, as depicted in the video)! We are not sure if a) they think women are so dumb that we can’t tell if we are in love, b) all women want to do is to rip their bras off when they are in love, or c) love can be reduced to just a measurement of heart rate?
I don’t know about you, but here are a list of situations that get my heart pounding … like jogging, watching scary movies, practicing yoga, being in a job interview, public speaking… how inconvenient would it be for my bra to pop open under my blouse when I am giving the year end presentation to our board of directors? Very. “But why would you wear that bra at a work meeting?” you may wonder … BECAUSE I CANNOT TAKE IT OFF DUE TO THE FACT I DID NOT FIND TRUE LOVE *sob* … Anyway, Happy Valentine’s Day!
